Just make sure you open it with the Fabric version you installed. If you don't, create one! Finally, drag-and-drop the Fabric mods you want to install into this folder and restart Minecraft. Open that, and you will see a ‘mods' folder.

The download process for every Fabric mod is different just make sure that the mod you are downloading is for the same version of Minecraft as the Fabric Mod Loader you installed. Thus, we recommend getting Fabric mods as quickly as possible to get the best Fabric experience. The Fabric Mod Loader isn't really worth using if you don't have any Fabric Mods for it.
